How It Works?

First of all, we will create your videos, so there is nothing you have to learn about or new skills you have to acquire. We just need you to answer a few simple questions when we meet and help us define the area/location you would like to feature in your educational videos.

Step 1

After we receive your submitted form, we will email you a Google Meet invitation.

Using the form on the website, let us know what kind of video you would like to create. This includes the purpose of the video and the area you want to include. 

Step 2

Specify your area or location using simple mapping tools

We may then have a call or exchange some emails to iron out any details, such as desired length, data points to include, and review any existing assets you want to incorporate (colors, images, additional video footage). Once we are on the same page with this, we can give you a final price.

Step 3

Confirm details in our follow-up emails

We validate the area to be featured on a map. If you like tech tools, we can send you a link to draw your boundaries on a map. Or, based on your parameters, we can highlight the area as you have described and send you a map for confirmation. 

Step 4

Review and approve the initial video draft

We create an initial draft of the video footage (no sound included).

Step 5

Approve the final educational video

We create an initial draft of the video footage (no sound included).

Step 6

Begin using your video for educational purposes

Upon confirmation, we can add final labels, music/soundscapes, voiceover, etc.
